Car stalls in flood waters

James Aters looks at his dog Buddy after Aters’ car stalled in over a foot of water on Third Street under the B-Line while coming back from a veterinarian visit in Indianapolis because the dog was hit by a truck, but not seriously injured, Sunday, June 9, 2019 in Bloomington, Ind. Aters’ mother and her dog were also in the car when it stalled in the water from the flash flood Sunday evening.
