In the June 7, 2019 issue of the Bloomington Community Farmers' Market newsletter was the following statement, "As a government entity, the City of Bloomington also must abide by the constitutional protections of the First Amendment, which prohibits governmental discrimination based on a person's beliefs." The Farmers' Market Advisory Council will meet Monday, June 17, 2019 from 5:30pm to 7:30pm at the City of Bloomington Council Chambers. The matter will be an issue on the agenda, and the public is invited to the meeting.
