The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office has made one arrest of a suspect, and are looking for another in connection to the vandalism of Old Dutch Church near Ellettsville on Labor Day. Photos of the suspects taken by a security camera were posted on the Sheriff’s Office Facebook page, and they are asking for help from the public.
Three sides of the church, and a propane tank, were covered in graffiti with racist, anti-semitic, satanic, and offensive messages. Photos of the vandalized church circulated widely on Social media Tuesday, and Wednesday.

The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the help of the public in identifying the two subjects in the photos. The two are alleged to have vandalized/graffitied the exterior to a local church causing extensive damage. This occurred in the evening hours on 09/02/19.
