The Bloomington Police Department is responding to all emergency calls as normal despite the heavy snowfall in the Bloomington area, BPD Capt. Pedigo told The Bloomingtonian Tuesday.
Pedigo said new SUV patrol vehicles are all-wheel drive and get around pretty well in the snow.
