The Bloomington Police Department received three reports of vandalism and one report of arson overnight Thursday, according to Bloomington Police Department Lt. John Kovach.

In an online police report, a “rusty old knife” was reported to have been thrown through a window at Malibu Grill around 4:47 a.m. at 106 N. Walnut.

Then over at the Bloomington Convention Center, located at 302 S. College, a report was made at 8:41 a.m. that a rock was thrown through a window. Then another report was made, at the same address, at 2:48 p.m. of a rock being thrown through a window.

At Water World II located at 201 E. Winslow Rd., the manager told police he had issues with people trespassing at the location and had asked them to leave. Then later around 4:40 a.m. Thursday, someone set fire to a trashcan at the business and burned the wiring on a vacuum cleaner by doing so. Damage to the business is estimated to be 3000-dollars.
