Spencer man shot dead by police during bank robbery in California

Travis Shane Tarrants, 45-years-old, charged with robbing a Bloomington bank in November, was shot and killed by police in Fontana, California during another bank robbery, according to various reports.

Fox 59 reported the story this week:


He was wanted in Monroe County, Indiana for violation of his pre-trial release in February.

Tarrants had served time after sending dead animals to a person in 2016. The Bloomingtonian reported on the robbery in November:
