The City of Bloomington Animal Care and Control facility is overflowing with pets that need to be adopted. Fees to adopt pets are being waived until the end of July 2022.
The Bloomington stopped by the shelter Friday afternoon and made these images of cats and dogs that are some of many that were up for adoption:
