Indiana Department of Health Hosting Mobile Covid/Flu Vaccine Clinic
BLOOMINGTON: — The Indiana Department of Health (IDOH) is hosting a free COVID-19 and Flu vaccination clinic in Bloomington early next week. The clinic will have Moderna and Pfizer primary and booster vaccines, as well as flu vaccines, for eligible residents age 5 and older while supplies last.
When: October 31
8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
November 1
10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Where: Sherwood Oaks Christian Church

No appointment is required but can be made, if desired, to shorten on-site time at the clinic. To make an appointment, visit www.ourshot.in.gov or call Indiana 211 at 866-211-9966.
Residents should bring their previous vaccination card, a photo ID or proof of age and insurance information, if available. Insurance information is requested because an administration fee may be charged and billed to insurance.
