A Red Flag Warning is in effect from 12pm to 8pm EDT on Thursday. Gusty winds up to 35 mph combined with low relative humidity and dry vegetation will create critical fire conditions. Outdoor burning is not recommended. Showers and storms are likely Thur evening/overnight. #inwx
