What to look for The Grid for the 107th Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge

The 107th Indianapolis looks like it will be a fight between Ganassi Racing and Arrow McLaren and Chevy versus Honda. The drivers to watch during the race are Alex Palou (10), Pato O’Ward (5), Felix Rosenqvist (21) and Scott Dixon (9). They have all been consistently fast at Indy this year.

The 107th Indianapolis 500 will feature nine former winners: Helio Castroneves (2001, 2002, 2009, 2021), Takuma Sato (2017, 2020), Scott Dixon (2008), Tony Kanaan (2013), Ryan Hunter-Reay (2014) Alexander Rossi (2016), Will Power (2018), Simon Pagenaud (2019) and Marcus Ericsson (2022).

There are four rookies racing on Sunday: Benjamin Pedersen, Agustin Canapino, R.C. Enerson and Sting Ray Robb.

Tony Kanaan the 2013 Indianapolis 500 Winner and 2004 IndyCar Champion will be hanging up his helmet after Sunday’s Race. The IndyCar legend is retiring from motorsport after an illustrious career.

Here is the starting grid.
