MONROE COUNTY, Indiana – June 18, 2023
Monroe County Fire Protection District Engines 39 and 29, accompanied by Battalion 22, responded to a single vehicle accident on Sunday morning, June 18, 2023, in the 9900 block of West State Road 45 in Monroe County, Indiana.
A vehicle went off the road into vegetation.
No individuals were trapped as a result of the accident, and the injuries sustained were reported as minor. The driver involved was transported to a local hospital for further evaluation and medical treatment.
The road was temporarily closed while the scene was cleared.
Authorities have not disclosed further details regarding the cause of the collision.
