Car enthusiasts gathered at Reggie’s Motorworks & The Noble Mechanic Saturday, June 17, 2023, for a day filled with stunning cars, great company, and delicious food, all in support of a worthy cause. The 16th Annual Open House & Car Show attracted a diverse range of vehicles, with participants showcasing their prized possessions to win coveted titles.
From 10 am to 2 pm, the event took place at the address of 1362 S 10th St, Noblesville, IN 46060. Attendees were greeted with a display of automobiles, as the car show was open to all makes and models. A registration fee of $10.00 per car provided participants with a meal ticket to be used at the food vendors.
The car show featured several categories, allowing participants to compete for recognition in different fields. The categories included Best in Show, Project in Progress, Best BMW presented by Hoosier BMW/BMW CCA, Best EURO, Best JDM, Best Domestic, and Best Vintage (25 years or older). Enthusiasts eagerly displayed their vehicles, vying for the coveted titles and the honor of being named the best in their respective categories.
Among the impressive lineup of cars, one stood out and claimed the prestigious title of Best BMW. Brian Ach, all the way from Fort Wayne, proudly presented his Belgian-assembled 1973 2002tii named “Gerta.” The well-maintained vintage beauty impressed the judges and secured the top spot in the Best BMW category.
While the event celebrated the passion for automobiles, it also aimed to make a positive impact on the local community.
All proceeds from the Open House & Car Show were donated to Fueled For School, an organization dedicated to addressing food insecurity among children in Noblesville. The funds raised at the event will contribute to feeding kids who face difficulties accessing regular meals.
