The midway at the 2023 Monroe County Fair is set to open its gates on Tuesday, July 4, 2023, at 6 p.m. As the fairgrounds buzzed with activity on Sunday afternoon, workers were busy setting up an array of rides and attractions.
Carnival enthusiasts will have the opportunity to experience a range of rides and attractions.
Among the highlights is a special promotion on Wednesday, July 5, where carnival-goers can obtain two wristbands for the price of one, allowing for unlimited rides at a cost of $30. Alternatively, individual ride tickets will also be available for purchase.
On Tuesday, July 4, the carnival will open at 6 p.m., and for $30, patrons can purchase an armband that grants them unlimited access to rides. Ride tickets will also be available for purchase separately.
On Thursday, July 6, when the carnival reopens at 6 p.m., fairgoers will have the opportunity to make use of a special pricing scheme. Each ride will require only one ticket, or attendees can purchase 12 tickets for $20, providing an economical option for those seeking multiple rides.
Friday, July 7, the carnival opens its doors at 5 p.m. Patrons will have the option to purchase tickets for $2 each to experience the various rides and amusements on offer.
Saturday, July 8, the carnival begins operations at 2 p.m. For $30, attendees can acquire an armband enabling them to enjoy unlimited rides. Alternatively, ride tickets will also be available for purchase.
Concluding the festivities on Sunday, July 9, the carnival will open from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. It will be designated as “Family Bargain Afternoon,” where each ride will require only one ticket. Tickets can be purchased individually for $2 each, or attendees can avail themselves of the special offer of 12 tickets for $20.
