Authorities have announced the closure of the bridge north of Bloomington, Indiana at Business 37 and Interstate 69 for repairs. Starting from Monday, July 10th, commuters, and travelers will need to seek alternative routes as the project is expected to span a duration of one week.
The closure marks the second major detour in the northern part of the county, further adding to the inconveniences faced by local residents and motorists. The ongoing project on N Old State Rd 37 between Audubon and Old Meyers Rd remains in progress, with an anticipated completion date in the fall.
Meanwhile, the construction on Sample Rd has been completed and the road is now open to traffic.
