A 42-year-old woman reported being robbed at gunpoint by an unknown male in the 2800 block of West Heartwood Court. The robber took 50 dollars in cash from the woman who was pulled over in an apartment complex parking lot.

A 21-year-old man reported that an unknown person threatened to send out videos if he did not send them money.
Firearm brandished – July 7, 2023
A 50-year-old man reported that someone showed him their firearm during a verbal altercation in the 300 block of West 15th Street.
Man found dead – July 7, 2023
A 45-year-old man was found deceased during a welfare check at his residence in the 600 block of North Rogers. No cause of death was given in the summary.
Woman assaulted with unknown liquid – July 7, 2023
A 39-year-old woman was assaulted when an unknown female threw an unknown liquid onto her. The liquid caused the victim to have a burning sensation, but police found no visible sign of injury. The assailant continued to follow the victim and threaten to kill her in the 400 block of South Walnut Street.
Stabbing – July 8, 2023
A 37-year-old man was stabbed by an unknown person in the 2600 block of East Discovery Parkway. The stabbing wounded the victim with a large laceration in the right rib area. Police arrested a 31-year-old suspect.

A 43-year-old woman reported being hit in the back of the head several times by an unknown individual at Crawford Apartments 2 in the 2400 block of South Henderson Street. She was also hit by a chair.
Indecent exposure at downtown restaurant – July 8, 2023
Employees at Nick’s English Hut, on Kirkwood, reported a 23-year-old male exposing himself to customers in the restaurant. The man was arrested for disorderly conduct and indecent exposure.
