Voting Machine Testing for the 2023
Municipal Election
LAT (Logic and Accuracy Test)
testing will be held at Monroe County
Election Central, 401 W. 7th St, Suite
100, Bloomington, IN 47404 on
September 19, 2023 at 9:30 am. This
testing proves that the system is
properly adding votes to each
candidate in the same quantity as the
votes were manually entered. The
system result is compared to a known
set of data and must match. The public
is welcome to attend.
