Multiple sources told the Bloomingtonian, that local business owner, activist and Rocky’s Pizza restaurant proprietor Ronald “Rocky” Rice, 62, died Monday.

The Monroe County Republican Party held meetings in the past at the pizza restaurant, and Rice was known around Bloomington for dressing up as an old-fashioned Sheriff, complete with silver revolvers.
