The Bloomington Housing Authority is currently welcoming applications from potential tenants as part of a comprehensive housing renovation project. Janice Price, the Property Manager for the Bloomington Housing Authority, which oversees three subsidized housing communities in the city, reached out to the Bloomingtonian to announce they are embarking on a significant transformation of their properties.
This ambitious renovation endeavor has involved relocating the majority of the current residents to newly remodeled units within the communities. With these renovations nearing completion, the Housing Authority is now preparing to offer newly refurbished units to prospective tenants and has officially opened its waitlist to accommodate new applicants, according to Price.
Prospective tenants interested in securing housing through the Bloomington Housing Authority are encouraged to apply promptly to be added to the waitlist.
