Bloomington, Indiana – December 3, 2023

Leo, a spirited 3.5-year-old corgi, stole the show during halftime at Sunday’s women’s basketball game at Indiana University’s Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall basketball arena.

The beloved pup, owned by Lisa and Shawn Williams, dashed across the basketball court, claiming victory in not just one but two exhilarating corgi races, sending the crowd into cheers.

In a display of speed and agility, Leo outpaced his fellow canine competitors in the first race, showcasing his lightning-fast sprint as he dashed toward the finish line, leaving the others trailing behind.

Organizers decided to treated the audience to a second race. This time, Leo showed his determination and unwavering loyalty as he bolted across the court, reaching his owner before any of the other canine challengers, sealing his second triumph of the day.
