Switchyard Brewery Bids Farewell After 5 Years

03172020 – Bloomington, Indiana, USA: A worker talks about how the Switchyard Brewery put toilet paper on the menu as a joke during last weeks pandemic panic buying, and still has it on the menu as a few owners and managers run a carry out food operation on St. Patrick’s Day during the 2020 Covid-19/Coronavirus emergency, Tuesday, March 17, 2020. Switchyard laid off all its workers after Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb gave an order to close all bars and restaurants to in-person dining in Indiana. Many local restaurants and bars have closed, and laid off most or all of their workers. Bloomington, which is a Big Ten college town, relies heavily on the service industry to provide jobs.
