Bloomington’s The Bishop and Spirit of ’68 Unveils Electrifying Lineup: Searows, Max McNown, and More to Rock the Stage Through August 2024

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — March 19, 2024

The music scene at The Bishop is heating up with an exciting lineup of performances scheduled in the coming months.

Searows, accompanied by Runo Plum, is set to take the stage on Wednesday, June 19th. Tickets for the event will be available for purchase starting at 10 a.m. on Friday, with an exclusive opportunity to secure tickets a day earlier using the code “68spirit.”

The musical frenzy continues as singer-songwriter Max McNown joins Briscoe for a performance on Friday, March 22nd.

Fans of Gouge Away will be thrilled to know that the band’s third album, “Deep Sage,” was released last Friday, promising an electrifying experience for listeners.

But the excitement doesn’t stop there. A diverse range of acts are lined up, including Ratboys with Ducks Ltd. on April 11th, Gouge Away with Velocity on May 13th, and Horse Jumper of Love on May 14th.

Geese will grace the stage on May 24th, followed by Bit Brigade’s performance of “The Legend of Zelda” and “Castlevania” on May 28th.

As June rolls in, Planet Booty’s SXFNK Tour, featuring MINKA, is scheduled for June 9th, while Good Looks will perform on June 27th.

The lineup extends into August, with Katy Kirby set to perform alongside Mei Semones on August 6th.
