BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — March 19, 2024

William Dudley, a 90-year-old man, went missing Tuesday in Bloomington, Indiana, according to the Indiana State Police.

The Monroe County Sheriff’s Department announced Thursday they are leading the investigation into Dudley’s disappearance. According to the department, Dudley was last seen on Tuesday, March 19, at noon. He is described as a white male, standing 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing around 200 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a brown jacket, gray t-shirt, and blue jeans.

Adding to the urgency of the search, authorities believe Dudley may be in extreme danger and could require medical assistance. He was driving a silver 2019 Dodge Journey with Indiana license plate BQT865 at the time of his disappearance.

Residents in Bloomington located approximately 50 miles southwest of Indianapolis, are urged to report any sightings or information regarding Dudley’s whereabouts. The Sheriff’s Department can be reached at 812-349-2781 or through 911.

Authorities have not disclosed further details regarding the circumstances surrounding Dudley’s disappearance, but the investigation remains ongoing.
